i got an invitation letter from a chinese manufacturing company based in hong kong.it covers three of us ,please what next and what are the documents need to take to the embassy for business visit visa?

1.Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.3. A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.4. Round-trip air ticket5.Hotel reservation.6.Other documents required by the visa officers if necessary
