Hi! I'ved been in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China last October '08 to Jan. '09, now Im planning to visit my Chinese friend there this coming August '09 and probably i'll stay there for 1 week, what documents needed and kind of visa should apply?...

You have been to China once. Apply for the visa as the last time you did.
