We are International Trading company in the United State of America, My partners in Baghdad_Iraq has been invited to travel to China to buy power Generators,we have original Invitation, sines your emabassy in Baghdad does not Issue a visa can they come to Lebanon and get their visa??

Which country's passport do your partners hold? They can apply for a visa there provided that they have a valid visa for Lebanon.
