I have a staff- S'pore PR who will be working in China.How do we go about applying for working visa?How long does it take and what is the cost? What are the documents required for the application?

1. Work permit
2.Visa notification letter/(invitation letter)
3. Physical examination form for foreigners
4. Valid passport
5. Application form with passport photos affixed
