Hi,
i'm a Malaysian and not holding any Spore working permit.I would like go to China for a 2 weeks holiday.
Can i apply for Visa to go to China at China Embassy in Singapore? Or i need to go back to Malaysia and apply for the visa? thanks...

Do you have a valid visa for Singapore of a Singaporean PR? If you have, you can apply for your visa at the China embassy there.

No, Im a Malaysian but Im going to board the plane in Spore so i wonder can i get my visa at China Embassy in Spore, if not I will need to go to KL and get it.

Nope, i dont have any valid visa nor PR of Singapore. But im going to board the plane in singapore so i wonder whether i can apply the visa at china embassy in singapore or i need to go back to china embassy in Malaysia-KL to apply for the visa ? Pls advise...thanks.

If you have a valid Singaporean visa or PR, you are able to apply for a China visa in Singapore. Since you don't have either of them, I am afraid you have some troubles in getting the visas.
