Sincerely apologize for not making myself clear to you...my friend (a Singapore citizen)came from Singapore to Beijing on the 28th Feb. 2009. She will be staying till 15th March 2009. How does she go about making a visa and what are the procedure involved? Please kindly reply because I need help.

Mrs christina, I understand. Your friend entered China without a visa, because Singaporean passport holders can have visa-free access to China for a maximum stay of 15 days. Now, she wanted to stay longer in China, right?
