How would I verify an address and phone number in Wuhan. I have been talking to a lady and plan to visit China very soon.

Hi, Mr Bob, you're welcome. I checked the location of the Changle Building in Wuhan. It's located on Jianghan Road North, Jianghan District, Wuhan. However, I'm not sure of '#100'. It's the room number or the number of the Changle Building. The phone number you provided should be from Wuhan, as '27' actually is the area code of Wuhan City. I'm so sorry I can only give you such poor clues about this address.
