About:Embassy of Ghana in China

Am a Ghanaian and married to a chinese lady i work in china last year without working permite.I was fine 3000 yuan which I paid.I came home recently and later when i want return i was refuse visa.pls i want to know from the consulate wht must I do to be able to return back?

So you were deported from China last year? It is a bad record. Try again to obtain a visa. You can't enter China without a visa. Oh, what type of visa that you applied for was denied?

master,read about visa information well about marriage in china before you venture into it.every country on earth gives permanent visa when you marry in that country. China never gives D visa. if you hold Z working visa and marry a chinese, your visa is changed to L direct and with L,you must not work for 5 years.after 5 years, you can apply for D but remember the conditions required to get the D can't be fulfilled by anyone on earth so many applications ended up denied.many foreigners who marry chinese girls see themselves abandoning the girl and abscond.
