About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

Hi Officer,
My friend came to Bj on 28 Febraury but will be returning to Singapore on the 15th March, I understand she needs to a visa. How do I go about getting one for her? Kindly advise....

Where is your friend from? Which country's passport does she have? You said she came to Bj (does it stand for Beijing) on 28 February. I think she has entered China because it is Mar. 3 today.

Sincerely apologize for not making myself clear to you...my friend (a Singapore citizen)came from Singapore to Beijing on the 28th Feb. 2009. She will be staying till 15th March 2009. How does she go about making a visa and what are the procedure involved?
