Hi,I have a student from China whose mother would like to visit him here in Singapore. According to his friend, it's easier for his mother to apply for a visa here in Singapore than to do it in China. Is this true? Can his mother do an online application instead of going to a Singapore embassy in China?Thank you.Grace
