I have a friend who is from mainland China ( chinese citizen) , who travelled to Malaysia in January 2003 under single entry visiting visa issued by Malaysia Immigration, to take care of her aunty who suffer from cancer, her aunty pass away last year (2008).Her passport has expired in October 2007.She is now an illegal immigrant in Malaysia.She wish to return to China ASAP.

Taking advantage of the recent announcement by Malaysia immigration to allow illegal immigrant to return without punishment, how can I help her ?

Why didn't she renew her passport? I think she can exit from Malaysia easily now that the government has loosened the policy.

How to make appointment with China Embassy Kuala Lumpur as their phone never get thru.

Documents required for renewal of a Chinese passport:
1. The original and copy of your passport
2. Malaysia residence permit, you ID card
3.passport application form
4. three photos
