About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

i hold a malaysia passport. i was told i don't need visa to visit china for 15 day less becos i'm singapore PR. I've got a return flight KL-Pek, 16-24 May 2009. Should i apply visa? or if someone could confirm that i don't need a visa?

Which country's passport do you hold? Malaysia or Singapore? If you hold a Singaporean passport, you don't need to apply for a visa to enter China, staying for not more than 15 days.
