Hi, i got a friend in china like to come to singapore for a sightseeing. how can she go about doing it?

she need apply for a Singaporean visa in Embassy or consulates of Singapore in China. Please refer to the official website of Singaporean embassy in Beijing http://www.mfa.gov.sg/beijing/ to read more information about visa application.
