About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

My name is Akinlosotu Olatunbosun Joseph I reside in Lagos Nigeria. I want to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship and the process requires getting information from the chinese embassy here in Nigeria.
I actually want to study in the Xiamen university china, I will be sending my application package on the 26th february 2009, I need the necessary information to enable me apply for the scholarship as well.
