Ms.Fanni,
You can apply a China in the Office of Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. What do you mean by "your visa run out"?I assume you mean the duration of stay. If you want to stay in China longer, you should apply for a Residential Permit in the local public security bureau within 30 days after your entry.
