About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Can you tell me please, can you issue visas for N Ireland residents with British Passports. There is no Embassy in Belfast and I don't mind coming down to Dublin to get the visa issued.
Would UK passport and airline ticket plus visa application form be enough?
Thanks

You can apply for a visa in Dublin with UK passport.Another choice: submit your application to the Consulate-General of China in Edinburgh.
