Mr.latifhakimi, I'm not clear about your statement. You want to visit China, you should apply for Chinese visa rather than Hong Kong visa, why you want to apply for Hong Kong visa in Kabul? If you want to Hong Kong, you indeed need a Hong Kong visa, you can apply for it in Chinese embassy in Afghanistan or you directly send your visa application to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong, please refer to the website http://www.immd.gov.hk/zhtml/hkvisas.htm for more details.
