About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

There are 2 of us, Singaporeans volunteering our services & time in an orphanage in China. We'll be there for 2 & 3 months respectively. What type of visa is applicable for both of us? Is the visa application form available on line? Can it be downloaded for us to fill up before we head down to the embassy? When should we apply if we're leaving on 1st June & 14 June respectively? Also to avoid the June school holiday crowd.

You need to apply for a L-visa or F-visa. Well, you want to stay there for 2&three months. You should apply for a Resident Permit within 30 days after your entry into China since the average duration of stay for both types is 30 days.
