About:Chinese Consulates in India

Dear sir i know that indians didn't require visa( if not stay for more than 14 days).They get it on arrival to hongkong.But what if i want to have the visa before i go.

Indians didn't require visa to enter Kong Kong? I browsed a list about the the visa-waiving countries for the entry of Hong Kong. India was not in the list.
