About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi! I have a chineese friend, he lost his passport 7 years ago, right now he is still staying here in Philippines.What should he do,if he wants to go back to china.What is the requirements so that he can exit here in the Philippines.

Seven years ago? He should have reported the loss to the public security bureau where his passort was issued.

Oh,my god! he lost his passport for 7 years, he didn't take any measures in the past years. Now He should contact the Chinese Embasy in Philippines to resove his trouble. Maybe he can apply for a travel permit to return to China. The staff at the consular office of embassy can help him.
