Fabrics South Bund Soft Spinning Market on Lujianbang Rd, corner of Nancang Jie. Or a smaller version on Zhonghua Rd, close to Dongmen Rd.

The tailors there go shopping on Renmin Rd., corner of Sichuan Rd. for buttons etc
