Hello
I am a citizen of R. of Moldova living in Suzhou , near Shanghai. Any possibility to apply for the Korean visa via mail (tourist visa)? If not, can I get the visa in Shanghai?

Since Suzhou is so close to Shanghai, it wil be quite easy for you to go to the General Consulate of South Korea in Shanghai directly to apply for the visa.
