what language is spoken in Fuzhou?? mandarin or cantonese????

Fuzhou people speak Fuzhou dialect. Some of them can speak mandarin.

Most of them can speak mandarin,exept some aged ones.
Most of them speak fuzhouese in daily life.
Many students can speak english.Some of them are fluent speaker.
