About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello,
I'm going to apply for a visa Z in the China embassy in Bangkok.
Do I need a health exam report to apply for this visa? If yes, what kind of medical report do I need to provide and from which hospital in Bangkok?
Thank you !

You will need a complete medical check-up from a Chinese Embassy accredited hospital. Have the hospital stamp their seal and let the examining Physician sign on the medical report.
