Hi I'm from myanmar,applying contract sea man visa(cs) in philippines embassy but they issue me a transit visa(TS). I asked to ammend it as my agent advised me but the staff from philippine embassy told me that they can't issue a Contract Seaman Visa(CS) anymore due to policy changes but my agent asked the Harbor Control Officer in Hongkong that I cannot enter Hongkong is I don't have the Contract Seaman Visa. Please advise me what to do
