About:Xian Travel

hoping to visit xian in september, what is the weather like then and how many days do I need to see the terracotta army and the Great Wall?

hi, firstly, the familiar Great Wall is not in Xian, it is located in Beijing. Xian has a City Wall which you could finish visiting in 2 hours. Regarding the terracotta warriors and horses, it almost takes you over a half day by yourself. It is because this museum is located in the suburban area. But, please don't worry, there are very frequent buses come-and-go.

Weather, September is one of the best months to come to Xian. It is the early fall here with warm sunshine. So, jacket and thin sweater are enough. Take umbrella in case of rain.

Hi,Mrs walker,
The weather in september is very comfortable, it's the autumn in Xi'an , about 25C during the day. but it's the rainy season, so don't forget your umbrella.The terracotta just need 1 day tour or half day tour is ok. you can also visit the city wall, the big wild goose pogoda, the history museum ,etc.so 3 day is enough.
