Foreigners can apply for a credit card in China. You should provide your passport and the copy of your passport as well as the certification document of your earning. Well, if you are jobless (a student), you should provide the bank with your student card and other certification documents offered by your school. If you have a credit card of your country, you can provide bank with a copy of this card. I suggest you go to consult the clerks in the bank.0
