I am french,travelling in India for a few months now, I'll be going to Nepal at the beginning of March (I heard I can get the nepalese visa at my arrival in Kathmandu?) and I am planning to pursue my trip to Tibet after some time in Nepal, can I apply for the chinese visa directly at my arrival in Kathmandu, and get it in a short time?
