About:Haikou Travel

We are looking for transportation from near Halong Bay or Hanoi Vietnam to Haikou other then Bus.
If we take train, do they offer derect ? how long trevel times ? How about by the sea ?
Any informations ?

My god. My Jack. You should take an air plane to go there. The way you want to get there, would never happen .....I go there every year by the air planes
