hello,please inform me if there is any source i can download the visa application form

Hello,Please inform me if there is any source i can download the visa application form from internet for bangladeshi applicant. Is it required to submit the original passport for visa or will it do if i submit the photocopy of the passport. As i know it takes 7 days to get the visa and since i am flying for other country in between.

Ms.Hria, you can download the Visa Application Form from the website http://bd.china-embassy.org/eng/lsyw/P020070919651907192721.doc You need submit the original passport for visa. After visa processing, your passport will be returned to you when you collect your visa.
