how can one tell where a incoming call is coming from what part of china? i.e-86-137-XXXX-XXXX

Oh, Mr. Smith. The phone number you provided is so simple. I cannot find where it is from. As you know, 86 is the international code of China. 137 is the first three numbers of mobile phones. Many people's mobile phones share these three numbers. The most important part is the other eight numbers. They are so different. However, maybe you just don't want to let them out. Anyway, if you do hope to know that, you should give the full numbers.
