About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my sister, a chinese national, wants to hire housemaid in the philippines to work in China.what necessary documents will we prepare in order to obtain such worker?

Mr.joni5, I only know Hong Kong has the policy for hiring housemaid, the mainland of China havn't the policy.
