Mr.Joni, your question is too broad that I don't know how to answer you. You need state your situation in details because multiple-entry visa is issued to certain categories of applicants and they need provide different documents.
Such as The applicant owns real estate in China. Please submit the original and a photocopy of the property ownership certificate.
