From the guide, the best time to get there is from Nov till March the next year.

Dear Mr. Kumar,
Greetings from a fellow Indian.
The best time to visit is Nov-March.
However, even during the "hotter" months which is May to September, it is much nicer to be here at (28-32C temperatures than in India. For kids summer holidays in May and June, it is a good place to visit.
