About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

can i apply the visa at china custom when i arrived? i not yet booking any hotel, isit possible to apply?

You can't apply for a Chinese visa at China customs. Now, the hotel booking is not necessary for visa application. The return air ticket is enough.
