About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am currently in Korea with an E-2 visa and my sister is coming over from South Africa in 2 weeks and we plan on going to China. I have booked us through a travel agency, so I will be able to sort my visa out with them. However, she has not been able to get a visa in SA and needs to get it done here. Is it possible to get to a tourist agency and have the visa processed within 2 days? I'm urgently needing advice on this, so please help if you can!!
