Question

Hi, i'm a malaysian holding a Singapore PR. I can only stay in KL for 3 days during chinese new year (25 Feb to 27 Feb). Is there any method i can apply for 12 months Visa within those days? And i can't leave my passport for agent to apply for Visa, cause i would need it to enter singapore. Is there any other method?

Mr.Wong, I'm afraid that there is no method because the embassy will be closed on those days for Spring Festival.
