About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Hello,

I would like to ask one question. I'm an Indonesian citizen, currently on business trip in Switzerland. I'm planned to go to China, but will not be able to return to Indonesia. Can I obtain China visa in Switzerland if I have no resident permit in Swiss ? Thanks !
