Dear sir,We are a shipping agency in S'pore and there's a newly built vessel in one of the shipyard.The vessel will be delivery to S'pore by end of Jan. The joining crew are Indonesian. Mr.mohd, I think you can apply their visas through Chinese embassy in Singapore on theri behalf if you have all their requirements for applying C visa (Crew Visa), such as their passports and passport photos, visa application forms singed by themselves, etc
