Bao Mo Gardens in the Panyu district in the southern side of Guangzhou is beautiful and well worth the hours drive to get there. Guangzhou has few older traditional style buildings and this garden shows the grandeur of dynastic China with arched bridges, temples and courtyards including a lotus pond, rose garden and many works of art. Worth a visit.
