About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
I am Malaysian, working in Singapore. Now stay in Singapore. Will be having a regional meeting in Zhu Hai coming Feb 2009.
My plan : Fly to Macau, then go to Zhu Hai by road.

I wonder, Can apply my visa in SG? Coz my Flight will be Sg/Macau/SG. Not SG/China/SG
Thans in advance.
Mr. Chang

Mr.Chang, you can apply China visa in Singapore. Please provide original and a photocopy of their Singapore PR, WP, EP, or valid visa besides other requirments. You needn't a visa to Macau.
