I have been to Luoyang twice in 1989 and planning on going back there.I was amazed at how friendly the people are.The hotel i stayed in was spotless and a credit and not expensive, even had internet at no extra charge.Fantastic.I even married a girl from Luoyang on my second visit.By the way I have yet to see a BLACK PEONY LOL.
