hello,i am from singapore.
will be there on the 21.2.09 ~ 23.2.09.
will the Ice and Snow festival still on?

Hi Joanne,
we have planned to go harbin from 28 jun to 9 jul. Could you kindly advise should I fly to harbin directly from beijing once i reach there and how should i book the air ticket to harbin. Any idea which hotel should I stay in. Kindly advise me as this is my first free and easy trip to china. Thanks.
