Hello,
I am an American arriving in Japan on 11 January. I will be going to Beijing on 23 Jan. Is this enough time for me to arrange my Chinese Visa while in Tokyo?

Ms.Sara Attebury, it just takes 4 working days for getting a visa. If you submit visa application on January 12 (Monday), you can get it on January 15.
