About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hello, one of the requirements for the z-visa (employment visa) is a physical examination by an authorized medical center in the philippines. but what if i already had a physical examination when i was in shanghai? will that do?

Ms.Patricia, I'm afraid that the physical examination in Shanghai is not recognized by consul officials. Now I guess you don't hold a Z visa in Shanghai now. If you want to apply for Z visa, I suggest you get a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen signed by a Public Hospital in Philippines (Forms and the lists of designated hospital are available at the visa counter)
