Yes,Hangzhou's east bus station has regular buses to Jiashan. It will take about two hours. After reaching Jiashan, you can get on bus 215 and 216, just outside the gate of Jiashan bus station. Then twenty minutes later, you will arrive in Xitang, the ancient water town.0
