I have been working in Brunei for more than 17 yrs (18 yrs by Feb 2009). I am  planning to resign from work on 9 February 2009 and to migrate to Canada by May 2009.Please advise me of my lucky number.  When is the best time to resign? When is the best time (month/date) to migrate to Canada by nxt year (2009).My DOB is 16 September 1967.Thank you.
