Hello,Im a Filipina and I'm flying to Hongkong (as Tourist) this Saturday Dec. 20,2008. I will spend my Christmas holiday there and planning to head to Shanghai to spend my New year to my Family, so is it possible to apply a visa for Shanghai in hongkong?? or do I need to apply here in Philippines before I leave?
