About:Chinese Embassy in India

Dear Sir good morning,

Myself Rajeev Kumar Jain, got an offer for postdoc position from university of Tartu, Estonia. I want to go to Beijing for submit Schengen visa application in Estonian embassy there and most probably I shall be staying there for 10 days. What kind of visa should I need to apply? Can I get chinese visa for the same day I apply? kindly guide me. Thanks

Mr.Rajeev Kumar Jain, maybe you need apply for L visa Chinese embassy or consulates in India. L visa is issued to aliens who come to China for sightseeing, visiting kins or friends, or other private things.
If you apply for the rush service by showing air ticket to China on the same day or the next days, you can get Chinese visa on the same day of application.

I correct my reply. Now you need send application to CVASC. the same day service is not provided by the center. Please see the previous comments and the content on this webpage
