About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! My mother is a Chinese citizen born in the Philippines. She has been residing in the Philippines since birth. She holds an Alien Certificate of Registration and wants to apply for a Chinese passport. I checked the Chinese Consulate website in the Philippines, but there is no link on passport application form. All we see is for visa application. I want her to be able to visit me here in the US, and I don't know how she can do that without a passport. Please advise.

Hello Ms. Tan,

I know your situation very well because my mom has exactly the same stituation as yours. I think your mom can apply for a Chinese passport in Manila at the China Embassy, if she can prove that she is a Chinese citizen. If you want to know more, I can advise you.My name is andy.
